Responsibilities:

  • Managing and developing existing client relationships.
  • Developing relationships with new clients.
  • Help in the recruitment process for site staff.
  • Help manage the placement of site staff.  
  • Review of trade websites and other sources for leads.
  • Call to site to meet staff to ensure their welfare.

Experience:

  • Industry & Sales experience is essential - Construction.
  • Experience selling services in B2B setting. 
  • High level of communication skills, including written, oral and presentation skills. 
  • Ambitious self-starter with the confidence and drive to proactively manage their own schedule and time, as well as creating their own opportunities. 
  • Motivated by a competitive target driven environment.
