Revenue Manager

The People Group are excited to partner with ones of Dublin’s leading hotel groups for this key appointment. This multi-site role requires a resourceful revenue specialist to drive sales & revenue across two well established hotel properties (in Dublin West & North) for a 12-month (contract) period.

Some of key responsibilities will include:

  • Oversee revenue procedures and implement best practices (including pricing strategy). 
  • Bring forward new revenue generation opportunities.
  • Create marketing & promotional plans to increase hotel revenue.
  • Collaborate effectively with front office managers & other key stakeholders in revenue generating roles. 
  • React to any shortfalls against budget and implement effective recovery plans. 
  • Maintain accurate reporting as directed by the hotel management team. 
  • Participate in sales meetings bringing forward new ideas & initiatives to drive business performance.  
  • Complete to a high standard any assigned administration tasks.
  • Represent the business at trade shows & other corporate events as directed by the management team. 
  • Complete other assigned duties to the required standard.

The ideal candidate:

  • Will have 2 / 3 years’ experience in a similar role (hotel experience a must). 
  • Excellent relationship building / communication skills required.
  • Organised, with good levels of attention to detail.
  • Must have an ability to multi task & work well in a fast-paced environment. 

Location: West / North Dublin (multi-site)
