We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced National Account Manager to join a high-performing team based in Dublin, within a fast-paced FMCG environment. Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will take ownership of the commercial P&L for one of our key retail customers, driving growth through strong customer partnerships, commercial excellence, and data-led decision-making.
What You'll Do
- Drive Customer Growth: Identify sales opportunities through data analysis, market insights, and customer understanding.
- Manage Commercial Performance: Lead forecasting, manage customer P&Ls, and deliver profitable growth.
- Develop Strategic Partnerships: Build strong relationships with key customer stakeholders and create tailored account strategies.
- Sell with Impact: Use data and insights to develop compelling commercial proposals and influence customer decisions.
- Execute Commercial Plans: Deliver promotional, in-store, and online initiatives while managing negotiations to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Lead Projects: Coordinate cross-functional teams to successfully deliver customer and business objectives.
What You'll Need
- 5+ years sales experience, FMCG experience with multiple retailers.
- Proven experience in National Account Management, Key Account Management, or Customer Development within the FMCG industry.
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to identify opportunities and solve complex business challenges
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
