We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced National Account Manager to join a high-performing team based in Dublin, within a fast-paced FMCG environment. Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will take ownership of the commercial P&L for one of our key retail customers, driving growth through strong customer partnerships, commercial excellence, and data-led decision-making.

What You'll Do

  • Drive Customer Growth: Identify sales opportunities through data analysis, market insights, and customer understanding.
  • Manage Commercial Performance: Lead forecasting, manage customer P&Ls, and deliver profitable growth.
  • Develop Strategic Partnerships: Build strong relationships with key customer stakeholders and create tailored account strategies.
  • Sell with Impact: Use data and insights to develop compelling commercial proposals and influence customer decisions.
  • Execute Commercial Plans: Deliver promotional, in-store, and online initiatives while managing negotiations to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Lead Projects: Coordinate cross-functional teams to successfully deliver customer and business objectives.

What You'll Need

  • 5+ years sales experience, FMCG experience with multiple retailers.
  • Proven experience in National Account Management, Key Account Management, or Customer Development within the FMCG industry.
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to identify opportunities and solve complex business challenges
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Location: Dublin

Salary: 75k - 80k and Competitive Package
