We are on the hunt for a proactive and agile Resource Co-Ordinator. You will work across all services lines supporting the day-to-day requirements in running of our client’s business. This role is a key part of the Operations team.
About the Role:
- Ensure that engagement teams have the correct levels/mix of staff.
- Resolve resourcing issues such as shortages, clash bookings, etc.
- Review resourcing requests daily.
- Ensure that all policies are adhered to.
- Build a good working relationship with the various Leads.
- Supervise the Central Retain Team to ensure that queries and updates are dealt with.
- Prepare management information for distribution to the Business on all operational excellence metrics.
- In conjunction with HR manage the on-boarding of new joiners.
- Manage and ensure the leavers process is adhered to form an operations perspective.
About You:
- Experience in a resourcing role would be a distinct advantage.
- Project management experience would be an advantage.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Proactive problem solver and creative thinker.
- Self-starter who can multi task with minimal oversight.
- Proven ability to implement process improvements and create new process flows.
- Strong team player with high level of energy.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong IT skills and Microsoft Office in particular.
