Resource Assistant


Have you experience working within a fast-paced Resourcing/Administration role? Do you have experience working in a professional services environment? Then we want to hear from you!

We are looking for a driven, organised, and agile candidate to join a Global professional services organisation.

Role overview:

  • Be the first point of contact and go-to operational person
  • Manage capacity and identify creative opportunities to optimise utilisation
  • Review all ad hoc requirements
  • Weekly review of prior week performance, feeding insights into team Manager
  • Analyse performance against plan and productivity targets
  • Participate in Resource Management team meetings

What you need

  • 3 plus years experience in working in resourcing, general HR, or operations.
  • Experience of working in a professional services environment would be an advantage but not a requirement.
  • Experience working in an administrative role.
