About the role
The Regional Sales Manager assumes accountability for driving sales initiatives in the designated district, overseeing a team, and guiding them to optimize profitability and expansion in alignment with the Company's vision and ethos. Managing pivotal accounts in the On Trade sector also falls within their responsibilities.

About You
The ideal candidate will be adept in negotiation, presentation, and proven sales with licensed trade expertise. Essential, are strong customer focus, sustained high productivity, and a minimum of two years' people management experience. Eligibility for driving in Ireland with a clean, full driver's license is imperative.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Foster excellence in territorial business development.
  • Drive sales teams to surpass prospecting, appointment, presentation, proposal, and closure standards.
  • Aid teams in crafting compelling proposals and presentations.
  • Contribute to strategic channel plan formulation and execution.
  • Develop and nurture regional sales teams, addressing training needs for enhanced performance.
  • Exemplify traits of character, commitment, organizational prowess, and sales skills.
  • Serve as a Key Account Manager, offering support on key customer issues.
  • Maintain regular contact with key customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Conduct monthly coaching sessions to boost team motivation and selling acumen.
  • Attain quarterly objectives aligned with Key Performance Indicators.
  • Provide prompt performance feedback to senior management.
  • Formulate commercial proposals for approval by the National Sales Manager.
  • Uphold and communicate adherence to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards within the team.
  • Foster cooperation among all company employees.
  • Offer support to National Sales for other business areas when needed.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as directed by the National Sales Manager.
