Regional Sales Manager

We are looking for a results-driven and ambitious Regional Sales Manager to join a leading manufacturer and distributor of building materials.

Reporting to the Head of Commercial Sales, you will help deliver the overall financial objective.

You will be at the forefront of the business, taking control of a portfolio of accounts whilst seeking new business opportunities across residential and commercial projects. 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage an existing pipeline of projects.
  • Continue to generate revenue and new opportunities.
  • Develop new business via sourcing new leads as well as internal warm leads.
  • Task oriented and proven experience getting results and meeting sales targets.
  • Accurate reporting of current and prospective activity, growth potential, market and competitor analysis.
  • Meeting market share expectations and other KPI's provided by Management.

Experience:

  • Proven field sales experience from within the building materials space.
  • We are open to applications from candidates that have sold any solution-based building product.
  • Ambitious, tenacious and driven with a real passion for delivering beyond the clients expectations.
  • Experience in new business development.
