Regional Sales Manager

We’re working with a leading brand in the health and wellness space, is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to spearhead their sales strategy. This role will focus on growing their presence across Ireland by leading and empowering the sales team, developing strategic plans, and nurturing key relationships across wholesale, trade, and healthcare channels.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead, mentor and develop a passionate sales team across Ireland.
  • Deliver and exceed sales targets and market growth objectives.
  • Create and execute robust, insight-driven sales strategies.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, distribution, CRM, and HCP liaison teams to ensure cohesive execution.
  • Build influential partnerships with key accounts, distributors, and stakeholders.
  • Monitor performance metrics and manage budget with commercial acumen.
  • Act as a regional brand ambassador at events, trade shows, and industry forums.

Who You Are:

  • Proven leadership experience in a sales role within FMCG or Pharmaceuticals
  • Track record of delivering sales growth through strategic leadership.
  • Knowledge of the Irish retail and distribution landscape.
  • Ability to travel within Ireland and occasionally stay overnight.
  • Strong reporting, budgeting, and planning capabilities.
  • Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or relevant Degree in nutrition / naturopathy / herbal medicine /complementary health is advantageous.
