Responsibilities: Responsible for the growth and development of our clients leading spirit portfolio across USA assigned territories. A primary point of contact for the wholesaler / national distributor. Building brand awareness and recognition as you assist in the development of sales for on premise, off premise, chain, regional and National accounts. Acting as an ambassador for the companies growing Irish spirit brands. You will be the ‘Ambassador’ for the companies as you deliver upon agreed sales targets. Leading all sales & promotional activity to increase distribution and growth. Developing strategic plans to provide distributor sales representatives with the support to confidently present the brand to buyers and incentivize on/off premise partners to push the brands priority vs. the competition, encouraging them to promote the brand to their customers. Experience: Knowledge of state and federal liquor laws required. Knowledge of local market with previous market/distributor management experience. Passionate and knowledgeable about craft spirits, especially whiskey.
