About the Role:
- Business development to build and establish professional relationships.
- Selling and negotiation.
- Head-hunting and candidate sourcing.
- Client management.
- Providing a great service to clients and candidates.
- Manage the recruitment process from screening candidates, interviewing candidates, candidate care, client account management and client visits.
- Writing effective advertisements.
- Creating relevant content for social media.
- Using different channels to generate new candidates, e.g LinkedIn, Facebook, referrals.
- Achieving Target.
- Building a network up and maintaining relationships with candidates and clients.
About you:
- Proven experience within a B2B Sales environment.
- Positive attitude and a desire to succeed.
- Competitive person with a drive to win!
- You embrace new challenges that expand your skill set and allow you to grow within your career.
- Strong communication skills, professionalism, resilience and perseverance.
