Are you organised, people-focused, and passionate about the property industry? We’re looking for a Property Support Executive to join our client’s team and play a vital role in supporting successful property sales from first enquiry to final handover.
In this role, you won’t be closing deals—but you’ll be key to making them happen. From client care and coordination to negotiation support and documentation, you'll ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Act as a key point of contact for buyers and sellers—arranging viewings, providing updates, and ensuring a seamless client experience.
- Facilitate the sales process by supporting negotiations, handling offers, and liaising with agents, solicitors, and surveyors.
- Prepare contracts, manage sales files, and keep records accurate and up to date.
- Stay current with property trends, competitor activity, and pricing to support informed decision-making.
- Manage incoming enquiries, follow up with prospects, and update CRM systems.
What You’ll Bring:
- Experience in a sales support or administrative role—preferably within real estate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Proactive, calm under pressure, and able to juggle multiple tasks
- Comfortable with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and general admin tools
- Knowledge of the sales or property process is a bonus
- Full clean driver's licence
