An established and highly regarded residential property developer is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Property Sales Consultant to take ownership of sales performance across key developments.

This is a career-defining opportunity for a proven property professional who thrives on managing the full sales lifecycle , from initial enquiry and lead generation through negotiation, contract progression, and aftersales delivery.

Working closely with construction, legal, and marketing team, you will play a central role in driving revenue while ensuring a seamless and professional buyer journey. You will confidently advise purchasers on pricing, market conditions, incentives, mortgages, and legal requirements, while maintaining strong pipeline management and accurate reporting.

Beyond closing sales, you will contribute strategic insight, monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to help shape sales strategy and maximise value across developments.
