Are you a driven and dynamic property professional ready to take the next step in your career? Our client in the property industry is seeking a Sales & Marketing Executive to join their high-performing team, where you'll play a pivotal role in promoting and managing property sales and lettings.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to attract buyers and tenants.
- Create engaging property listings, advertisements, and promotional content across digital and traditional channels.
- Manage online platforms, social media, signage, and print media to enhance property visibility.
- Stay informed on current market trends and competitor activity.
- Generate and qualify leads, schedule and conduct property viewings.
- Guide clients through the sales and rental process, including negotiations, pricing, mortgage advice, legal requirements, and market insights.
- Build strong relationships with legal teams, construction partners, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions.
- Maintain accurate records and handle all relevant documentation and registers.
- Address aftersales queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Recommend property improvements to enhance market appeal and value.

Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Demonstrated success in property sales or lettings.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Strong negotiation and sales capabilities with a track record of meeting targets.
- Understanding of property management, real estate law, and industry practices.
- Full clean Irish driving licence essential.
- PSRA licence preferred but not essential.
