We’re looking for a detail-oriented Quality / Project Administrator to coordinate multiple projects, manage documentation, and liaise with suppliers to keep everything compliant and up to date. This hands-on role is perfect for someone who enjoys taking ownership, driving projects forward, and ensuring high standards are maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain product specs, quality documents, and supplier certifications.
- Keep specification sheets and certificates up to date.
- Track certificate expiry dates and follow up with suppliers.
- Respond to customer requests for specs, certificates, and declarations.
- Coordinate supplier documents, legal certifications, and product samples.
- Keep clear records of sample approvals and documentation.
- Support and drive quality and compliance projects to completion.
- Track tasks, deadlines, and documents across multiple projects.
- Assist with regulatory, sustainability, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
- Ensure document accuracy, version control, and traceability.
- Provide general support to the Quality team as needed.
Qualifications:
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Comfortable working with documentation, trackers, and deadlines.
- Good understanding of Office365.
- Confident communicating with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
- Experience in quality administration, compliance, or project coordination is desirable.
- Knowledge of QA / QC systems or regulated environments is an advantage, but not essential.
