For those wanting to go the extra yard who have a bit of fire in their belly and passion for all that they do, this is the ideal role for you.
You're a people-person first and foremost, so one of the keys to your success will be your ability to develop excellent relationships across the business especially at the team member level. But you also get a buzz out of improving work processes and systems.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Manage daily throughout on all production lines.
- Co-ordinate a Succession plan for key operators.
- Co-ordinate Maintenance work in line with planning and production plants demand.
- Manage KPIs related to Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, People and Environment.
- Supervise and coordinate SOPs and Risk assessments related to production.
- Manage all reports related to Production activities.
To be considered for this role you must have:
- 3rd level Degree or Diploma in Engineering/Science or related qualification
- Experience within Food production would be ideal
- Driven, self-starter as this role comes within extensive career progression
- Team Management
- Experience in SOP’s, process improvement, KPI’s would be highly desirable
