Your Role:

As Production Manager, you will be at the helm of our production operations, ensuring that our manufacturing processes run smoothly, efficiently, and cost-effectively. You will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing daily production planning and resource allocation.
  • Ensuring adequate stock levels and procurement of necessary materials.
  • Managing equipment selection, maintenance, and repairs to minimize downtime.
  • Implementing quality control measures and optimizing productivity.
  • Monitoring production schedules and making real-time adjustments.
  • Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders to streamline operations.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Leading, mentoring, and evaluating the production team to drive performance.
  • Analysing production data to support strategic decision-making

What You Bring:

  • Experience in Production Management, ideally within a timber or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills to oversee multiple processes.
