About the role
We are actively recruiting a dynamic Production Manager to lead and optimize our manufacturing operations. Responsibilities include strategic planning, resource management, equipment maintenance, quality control, productivity supervision, stakeholder liaison, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The successful candidate will oversee staff, analyze production data, and drive continuous improvement initiatives, fostering a high-performing team environment while meeting budget and quality targets.
About you
- Prior experience in Production Management ideally within a timber setting
- Strong planning and organizational abilities to manage production processes.
- Decisiveness in problem-solving related to staff or equipment issues.
- Capacity to comprehend complex concepts quickly.
- Proficiency in ICT to handle various technologies and software.
- Attention to detail to maintain high quality standards.
- Clear and persuasive communication skills with teams, colleagues, and clients.
