This company produces ambient, chilled & frozen food products for a diverse customer base This position is for the experienced enthusiastic manager who can take initiative and run the daily operations of the facility. You will be an integral part of the team in management and with your extensive experience in leadership and organisational skills, this is an opportunity for the right person to take this company to the next level.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Ambient, Chilled & Frozen food products experience is a must.
- Experience leading a high-performance management team.
- Demonstrated track record leading the improvement of operations while delivering day-to-day performance.
- Strong leadership skills and effective communicator.
- A thorough attention-to-detail and a sense of urgency paired with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment is a must.
- Problem-solving skills – bringing new solutions to problems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
