PR Manager

We are seeking an experienced PR Manager to develop and deliver an integrated PR and media relations strategy. Working closely with the wider team, you will be responsible for strengthening brand positioning.
You will shape and protect the public voice of the brand, ensuring consistent messaging to consumers, influential press, internal stakeholders and brand partners, with the overall objective of driving revenue and long-term brand equity.

Key responsibilities

  • Design and implement the annual PR plan in partnership with the Marketing Director and aligned with wider group strategy
  • Define PR objectives and KPIs (quantitative and qualitative) aligned to commercial goals
  • Develop and coordinate local, national and international PR strategy, with a strong focus on regional and national activity
  • Monitor market performance, PR impact, trends and consumer behaviour to inform planning and optimise results
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Tier 1 journalists and key media contacts
  • Secure high-quality editorial coverage across targeted print and digital media
  • Work closely with journalists and editors to ensure accurate, well-placed storytelling
  • Create and maintain journalist, influencer and online/blog databases for strategic action planning
  • Manage external PR agencies and consultants across PR planning, delivery and reporting
  • Oversee PR calendars, briefings and press tools/materials in line with brand guidelines
  • Lead press events, press trips, VIP visits and media moments,  from proposal through to delivery
  • Track, report and analyse PR activity and outcomes, providing clear insight and recommendations

About you

  • Degree in Marketing / Marketing Communications (essential)
  • Proven experience in an international PR role, ideally within consumer brands
  • Strong interest in culture, art, design, fashion, technology and emerging trends
  • Good understanding of digital marketing and evolving digital media landscapes
  • Excellent organisation, planning and project management skills
  • Confident stakeholder management and ability to influence at all levels
  • A proactive, solution-focused approach with a “hands-on” working style
  • Comfortable working independently, managing multiple deadlines and performing under pressure
  • Fluent in English (additional European languages highly beneficial)
