  • Develop a clear roadmap for local, national, and international media. Align objectives with business goals to drive footfall and sales.
  • Stay ahead of trends, understand consumer behaviours, and collaborate with the Senior team to craft compelling narratives.
  • Uphold their integrity in every interaction. Manage PR issues effectively and maintain strong relationships with external consultants.
  • Forge partnerships with institutions and influencers to broaden the reach.
  • Lead by example, fostering a culture of excellence within the PR & Communications team. Prioritize team performance and development.

Here's how your skills align with their strategic plan:

  • A degree in Marketing or Marketing Communications is preferred.
  • Your proven track record in similar roles, whether in-house or in an agency environment, brings extensive exposure to retail marketing, brand building, and consumer events.
  • Relationship Building: With first-class background in corporate communications, you excel in building and managing relationships with press and media partners.
  • In a fast-paced environment, your ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks ensures timely delivery of communication initiatives. Your creativity adds a unique flair to our storytelling, captivating audiences and driving engagement.
  • Fluency in English, along with proficiency in other European languages, further enhances your ability to connect with diverse audiences and expand the Village's reach.
