They’re seeking a highly organised, proactive, and resourceful Personal Assistant to support their executive leadership team and help drive their mission forward.

Job Overview

The Personal Assistant will play a critical role in ensuring the head of the organisation and the executive team operate smoothly. This individual will handle a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks, working independently with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate is a confident multitasker with a high level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the head of the organisation and the senior executives, including calendar management, scheduling, and travel coordination.
  • Act as a gatekeeper and liaison, managing communications and ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports.
  • Organise and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, materials, and taking minutes.
  • Manage special projects and tasks as directed by executives.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proactively anticipate executives' needs and streamline workflows.
  • Build relationships with internal teams, clients, and external partners to facilitate seamless operations.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in an executive assistant, personal assistant, or similar role is essential.
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritise, multitask, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion.
  • Familiarity with financial or investment industry terminology is a plus.
  • This role will require some 5 days onsite
