People & Operations Manager

We are looking for a skilled hands-on People & Operations Manager who will recruit, support and develop talent, through developing policies and managing procedures. If you are passionate about HR and a doer with high efficiency, then this is the role for you! 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the recruitment and support onboarding of new hires.
  • Provide general advice and support directly to employees on HR issues.
  • Ensure People & Organisation systems, tools and frameworks reflect business practice.
  • Prepare and send all necessary files for Payroll Administration.
  • Yearly Budget Process.
  • Lead the Local Sustainability team.
  • Partner with People & Organisation team member worldwide.
  • Comply with all legal requirements.

Experience:

  • 5+ years’ experience within a Human Resource Leadership Role.
  • 3rd level degree in Business Administration, HR or related field.
  • Must have or be able to obtain valid passport.
  • Working knowledge of local employment legislation for Ireland.
  • Experience in designing and delivering change & other people-related processes.
