We are looking for a skilled hands-on People & Operations Manager who will recruit, support and develop talent through developing policies and managing procedures. You will work with the teams both domestically and internationally. If you are passionate about HR and a doer with high efficiency, then this is the role for you! 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the recruitment and support onboarding of new hires.
  • Provide general advice and support directly to employees on HR issues.
  • Ensure People & Organisation systems, tools and frameworks reflect business practice.
  • Prepare and send all necessary files for Payroll Administration.
  • Yearly Budget Process.
  • Lead the Local Sustainability team.
  • Review and confirm all Insurance costs and documents related to People.
  • Partner with People & Organisation team member worldwide.
  • Comply with all legal requirements.

Experience:

  • 5+ years’ experience within a Human Resource Leadership Role.
  • 3rd level degree in Business Administration, HR or related field.
  • Experience working in a global environment is required.
  • Must have, or be able to obtain valid passport.
  • Working knowledge of local employment legislation for Ireland.
  • Experience in designing and delivering change & other people-related processes.
