They are now seeking an experienced and proactive Google Paid Ads Manager to join their dynamic, fast-paced team. This is a strategic, hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, sprint-based workflow, and who knows how to drive real impact through performance marketing—not just impressions and clicks, but quality leads that convert.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Plan, build, and manage high-impact Google Ads campaigns across B2B verticals
- Own PPC strategy, testing, optimisation, and performance reporting
- Deliver client-facing reporting with strong commercial insights
- Conduct keyword research, write compelling ad copy, and manage bid strategies
- Work collaboratively in an agile sprint team to hit client growth goals
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to overall PPC excellence
- Stay ahead of trends and innovations in Google Ads and broader paid media
About you
- 5+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience (agency or high-growth in-house team)
- Proven ability to manage large budgets per month
- Strong commercial acumen and a focus on lead quality over vanity metrics
- In-depth understanding of B2B buyer journeys and conversion paths
- Excellent communication skills—you can translate data into actionable insights
- Ability to thrive in a remote, fast-moving, collaborative environment
- Interest or experience in Meta/LinkedIn ads is a plus
