We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional with a strong background in customer service and people management to join the OCS team in Cork. The successful candidate will be the primary representative of the brand and will play a crucial role in maintaining client base within budgetary guidelines, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering the upmost quality of service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client liaison/Quality control
- Client and Internal Audits
- Wages administration
- Budget control
- Staff management
- Business development and administration
- Control of company assets (vehicles, equipment etc)
- Ensure all action and decisions comply with Company policy
- Roster Planning/Wages Administration
- Budget Control
- Staff Management
- Business Development and Administration
- Control of Company Assets
- Ensure that company policy is implemented
What We’re Looking For:
