Our client is a prominent provider of service solutions to a wide-ranging and diverse client base, including State and Semi-State bodies, small and medium-sized businesses, large corporations, property companies, multinationals, and residential customers across the nation. We are currently recruiting a skilled Operations Manager to lead and manage the their services division.
While having experience in the service industry would be advantageous, it is not mandatory. The successful candidate will receive an attractive compensation package that corresponds to the role and its responsibilities.
As the Operations Manager, the candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the team, motivating, training, coaching, and mentoring staff to foster a culture of success and high performance in line with the company's objectives. The candidate will ensure that company procedures, Health and Safety regulations, and statutory requirements are met. They will also oversee recruitment and selection processes, training and development of new employees, and conduct regular audits and assessments for continuous improvement. In addition, the candidate will liaise with clients and customers and be available outside of regular business hours.
About You:
- The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of relevant Operations experience in a similar role within a service environment.
- They should possess excellent leadership, motivation, and management skills, be self-motivated with strong time management abilities, possess sound communication and interpersonal skills, and be commercially focused and aware.
