Are you a dynamic operational leader with a passion for people, performance, and customer experience? An established and fast-growing entertainment and leisure company is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the success of nine high-volume venues across Ireland.
About the Role:
Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, the Operations Manager will take ownership of operational performance across a diverse portfolio of venues. You will lead a team of General Managers, drive commercial outcomes, champion customer satisfaction, and act as a key strategic link between HQ and the venues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead & Develop: Inspire, mentor, and support a team of nine General Managers across Ireland.
- Drive Performance: Manage full P&L responsibilities, analyse data, and optimise revenue and cost structures.
- Ensure Consistency: Standardise operational excellence and customer experience across all venues.
- Strategic Execution: Translate company goals into location-level action plans and support implementation.
- Cross-Functional Liaison: Collaborate with Marketing, HR, Finance, and other departments to drive initiatives.
- Set KPIs & Monitor Results: Define key success metrics, conduct performance reviews, and provide clear feedback.
- Lead Projects: Oversee national projects such as refurbishments, tech rollouts, and new site openings.
Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience in multi-site operations within retail, hospitality, leisure, or similar sectors.
- Proven ability to lead managers, deliver financial results, and scale best practices across locations.
- Strong command of P&L, KPI dashboards, budgeting, and commercial analysis.
- Must hold a full Irish driving licence and be willing to travel nationwide as role requires.
