Are you ready to step into a role where your leadership will shape the trajectory of the company's success? As an integral part of the Irish Senior Leadership Team (SLT), you will hold a pivotal position in propelling the growth agenda forward. 
You'll be at the forefront of ensuring exceptional service delivery to their clients while maintaining operational excellence across our diverse portfolio.
At the heart of your role lies the responsibility to manage client relationships with a keen eye on commercial viability, all while upholding company policies, values, and behaviors. Your strategic acumen will be put to the test as you review business performance, meet key performance indicators (KPIs), and showcase commercial value as a vital member of the leadership team. 
You'll take charge of operational delivery in both Northern Ireland and ROI.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing and executing a long-term strategic plan in alignment with the Irish SLT to achieve country KPIs.
  • Driving growth and retention through nurturing long-term client relationships and collaborating with the sales team to craft financially sound bids.
  • Leading Operations Managers to deliver on financial targets, while identifying growth opportunities through senior client review processes.
  • Championing a culture of energy, drive, and passion within the organisation, fostering talent development and retention strategies.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to enhance service offerings and drive business efficiencies, all while embedding a culture of continuous improvement.

We're seeking a seasoned leader with:

  • 7+ years of experience in senior leadership roles, preferably with a Bachelor’s degree in management or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience within Facility Management or services environment is ideally desired.
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering financial KPIs consistently, driving company growth, and promoting positive leadership behaviors.
  • Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, coupled with strong self-awareness and a willingness to evolve.
  • The ability to infuse your team with a sense of fun and a can-do attitude, fostering inclusion and cultural change at every turn.
