They’ve already hit the ground running, and thanks to rapidly growing demand, they’re expanding their team.
They are now on the lookout for a charismatic, high-energy go-getter - someone who can drive new business while keeping existing clients feeling like VIPs. The role? On-Trade Sales Specialist You’ll grow their presence in the hospitality world from trendy bistros and bustling pubs to elegant hotels. You’ll be the face of their portfolio, turning prospects into partners and customers into loyal fans.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Craft and roll out your own sales game plan to bring in exciting new accounts.
- Be on the hunt — prospect, pitch, and pop corks when deals close.
- Keep our existing clients delighted, supported, and topped up with what they need.
- Chat regularly with customers to understand their evolving wine needs and help them stay ahead of the curve.
- Recommend the perfect pours, launch promotions, and introduce new favourites.
- Collaborate with marketing to dream up irresistible campaigns and materials.
- Stay sharp on what’s trending in the drinks world and what customers want next.
- Host engaging tastings and presentations — you’ll be their storyteller-in-chief.
- Negotiate deals that work for everyone
- Coordinate with our operations crew to ensure orders are smooth and stress-free.
What You Bring to the Table:
- A degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or similar (preferred, but not essential if you’ve got the goods).
- A strong track record in on-trade beverage sales is required.
- People skills that make you magnetic — excellent communicator, negotiator, and presenter.
- A self-starter vibe with a knack for owning your results.
- CRM and Microsoft Office know-how (you’re organized and efficient).
