Office Manager


An exciting Office Manager role has arisen with a well-established Beauty Brand. This is a great chance to be part of a growing team and is an ideal role for someone who is enthusiastic, organised & goal orientated.


  • Maintains office services by organising office operations and procedures; controlling correspondence; designing filing systems; reviewing and approving supply requisitions; assigning and monitoring clerical functions.
  • Looking after the logistics of events eg. Travel, booking accommodation & venues.
  • Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement.
  • Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
  • Keeps management informed by reviewing and analysing special reports; summarizing information; identifying trends.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Overall dealing with General administration.
  • Helping out with companywide events.


  • 2+ years office management experience.
  • Previous relevant experience in the beauty sector is desirable.
  • Able to demonstrate ability to manage own time, prioritise effectively and work under pressure.
  • Commercial acumen.
  • A passion for brand building.
