National Sales Manager


Our client is an ambitious FMCG business with a portfolio of instantly recognised brands that have a long heritage. Their brands have national distribution. They strive to exceed their customers and consumers expectations alike and now seek a National Sales Manager to come on board and manage the full off-trade portfolio.

Overview of the Role:

  • Manage and take responsibility for the full off- trade portfolio.
  • Ensure all targets are achieved ranging from distribution to visibility.
  • Drive brand development through identifying and implement sales drives.
  • Develop strong business relationships.
  • Coach the team.
  • Prepare and conduct bi- annual and annual performance reviews.
  • Be the main link between Sales, Brand, Commercial and Senior Management teams.
  • Manage costs In line with budget guidelines.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • FMCG industry experience is required.
  • Exceptional selling and negotiation skills.
  • Experience managing Sales team.
  • Strong commercial acumen.
  • Strong networking capabilities.
  • This role requires extensive travel within the Republic of Ireland.
