We are seeking a results-driven, passionate and hands-on National Sales Manager to grow the existing and new customer relationship within the Healthcare industry.
Responsibilities:
- Due to the breadth of activity the successful candidate will be eager to learn and be curious, willing to take on any challenges that come their way.
- As an experienced Senior Sales Professional in the medical devices / healthcare arena you will be well versed with driving the commercial success of the field sales team through a targeted approach across existing and new clients.
- Be responsible for a number of direct reports and will be heavily involved in training and motivating the team.
- This senior role reports into the Managing Director and you will be working closely together on strategy, clients and targets.
Experience:
- Education and/or experience equivalent to a third level qualification.
- Minimum of 8 years' experience.
- As an ideal candidate you will have a demonstrated successful sales history within the medical / healthcare sector.
- Be able to demonstrate high level team management on a national level.
