They’re looking for a National Account Manager to champion their healthcare and OTC brands, maximising performance and market share within key retail pharmacy chains and wholesalers.
In this role, you’ll develop and execute strategic customer growth plans, leveraging category and shopper insights to drive sales, profitability, and brand presence. You’ll take ownership of Joint Business Plans, pricing strategies, promotional execution, and cost negotiations, ensuring the brands achieve optimal visibility and success both online and in-store.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing and growing key multiple and regional accounts, shaping account strategies to align with brand and company objectives.
- Utilising data-driven insights to influence customer decisions, improve category performance, and enhance ROI.
- Negotiating and securing cost price increases, promotional activity, and new product listings.
- Delivering against NSV, profitability, and market share targets while monitoring competitor activity and market trends.
- Working closely with internal teams—including Brand, Logistics, and Finance—to ensure seamless execution and stock availability.
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key external and internal stakeholders.
What You Bring:
- 3-5 years of National Account Management experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Essential experience working with retail pharmacy chains and wholesalers.
- Strong commercial acumen, with expertise in category management, financial performance metrics, and ROI-driven decision-making.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel for trend analysis and sales forecasting.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- A proactive, results-oriented approach with a passion for driving brand success.
