Reporting to a director, this role will provide an excellent opportunity to run marketing campaigns for an Irish owned company that is a leader in its industry. Key Responsibilities: Annual Marketing Strategy planning Development of the marketing annual plan Managing budget on marketing activities New Products planning – externally and internally Working closely with Purchasing Dept on New Product Plans Creating marketing material Collating content – images, USP’s from suppliers/purchasing Actively work with sales teams on pushing sales though for new lines. Admin duties with key account customers Product set up forms, Stock Cards etc. Other adhoc sales admin duties Reporting analysis Ongoing various customer sales reports Measurements of new lines Measurement promotions Work with Suppliers, Designers, Printers and other third-party companies to produce high quality promotional merchandise PR / Advertising Industry magazine adverts – print & digital Company Social Media – LinkedIn & Instagram Running promotional campaign through all marketing forms and sales teams. Annual planning & management of Customer Promotions Product range communication Quarterly newsletter content Keeping contact database updated Website content – updating existing and adding new content Launching new online ordering with customers Analysis of online orders Corporate Identity Collation of company presentations Marketing material / Sales Quotes / Point of Sale Training - Customer & Internal Annual planning & management of Customer Promotions Sales Opportunities / Leads Tenders Opportunities - review opportunities & complete submission Targeting new industry sectors Looking at opportunities with new product lines into new customers Events Organise and set up exhibit at industry trade shows Customer Events / Tradeshows Industry Events Attendance Quickly gaining an understanding of the Company service and product offerings will be essential Show Room Management Updating product displays, Appointments Promoting showroom training facility Annual Customer Survey Working with purchasing on slow moving stock Project Management of Product Range launches e.g. Eco-Friendly Range Sales planning – integrating annual marketing plan with sales annual plans. Ensure all customer buying key lines Assistant sales rep with gap analysis on top customers Attending customer meetings where required Internal Employee Engagement Lunches, Staff Nights Out Ideal but not essential - use a range of software such as Adobe Pro DC, Canva, Buffer and PowerPoint to produce and edit marketing material, online brochures, Shelf Talkers, etc. Knowledge, Experience & Qualifications: 5+ years’ relevant experience in a similar marketing role, particularly the B2B sector. A third level qualification. Ability to learn new tasks and work on own initiative. Experience in using social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram. High level of computer literacy in Microsoft Power Point, Word, Excel (vlookup)and Outlook. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy while maintaining an ability to multi-task without losing focus. Very strong communication skills particularly in relation to interfacing with current customers/suppliers and other departments. Strong project, organisational and time management skills. Ability to balance working on your own and as part of a team. Ability to build relationships to support team members, share resources and knowledge and collaborate with others to achieve goals.
