Marketing Manager


An exciting & growing Beauty Brand is looking for an Marketing Manager to assist with their projected growth! This is an ideal role for someone who is an enthusiastic, creative thinker & can manage multiple tasks at a time. This position will take your career to the next level!


  • Achieve best in class execution of marketing campaigns working closely with internal & external teams to plan, coordinate & evaluate activity.
  • Management of all Point of Sale Materials for the brand from the briefing stage through to final approval.
  • Manage all social media accounts for the brand including scheduling content, liaising with consumers on queries, and analysing activity performance.
  • Assist in developing engaging product related content on owned, earned and paid channels.
  • Ensure brand website is always up to date with latest launches, brand updates and blog posts.
  • Support our distributor’s sales team in any materials needed as well as updating brand presentations for conferences and retailer meetings.
  • Input into the development of brand communication – advertising, packaging etc
  • Manage all marketing budgets and track all spend on a monthly basis.
  • Monitor competitor’s marketing activities and product development.
  • Manage email marketing on a monthly basis for the brand including performance analysis.


  • 3+ years marketing experience.
  • 3rd Level Qualification in Marketing or related discipline.
  • Previous relevant experience in the beauty sector is desirable.
  • Able to demonstrate ability to manage own time, prioritise effectively and work under pressure.
  • Full drivers licence.
  • Demonstrate a pro-active attitude and flexible approach.
