We are currently seeking a talented and driven Marketing Manager to join the team at a renowned 4-star hotel. This is a rare opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of one of Dublin’s most iconic seaside destinations. As Marketing Manager, you will lead all marketing and PR initiatives, ensuring alignment with brand standards, revenue goals, and guest expectations. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver standout campaigns that reflect the hotel’s premium positioning.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and implement a strategic marketing and PR plan to drive awareness and revenue.
- Oversee digital marketing channels including website content, SEO, paid media, and social media.
- Manage external agency relationships (PR, creative, digital) and ensure KPIs are met.
- Protect and enhance the hotel’s brand identity across all guest touchpoints (F&B, Rooms, Spa, MICE).
- Identify partnership opportunities to boost brand visibility in the luxury segment.
- Plan and execute photo/video content shoots in collaboration with internal teams.
- Support the Sales team with creative collateral and MICE marketing materials.
- Contribute to group-level campaigns (Digital, CRM, Brand) and provide detailed reporting on performance metrics and KPIs.
- Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to inform strategy.
Who You Are:
- Proven experience in a Marketing Manager role, ideally within hospitality or luxury lifestyle brands.
- Energetic, creative, and highly professional.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Expertise in digital marketing, brand management, and content creation.
