14 Day Manicure are a rapidly scaling beauty brand with a loyal customer base, premium positioning, and a bold global vision. They operate in an energetic, collaborative environment where every team member plays a key role in shaping the future of the brand.

As the Marketing Manager, you'll work closely with the Founder to:

  • Develop and lead quarterly & monthly marketing strategies for Ireland, the UK, and emerging markets
  • Create and manage end-to-end marketing campaigns across digital, social, PR, events, and retail channels
  • Oversee a marketing budget, analyse performance, and optimise spend
  • Brief designers and create marketing assets (emails, social, POS, etc.) using Canva or similar
  • Write compelling marketing copy, including press releases, product descriptions, SEO blogs (2x/month), emails, and brand decks
  • Manage brand shoots, influencer campaigns, product launches, and activations
  • Drive footfall and local awareness for their Dundrum store through events and partnerships
  • Build a strong PR presence in Ireland and manage a UK PR agency
  • Research and brief influencers & content creators (organic and paid)
  • Seek out B2B and brand partnerships, including pro and retail lines

Who You Are

  • You are a creative, commercially minded marketer with a proven track record in beauty, lifestyle, or retail (5+ years)
  • Experience working in fast-paced e-commerce or retail environments
  • A self-starter who thrives in founder-led and start-up environments
  • Fluent in social media, trends, and influencer marketing
  • You have excellent copywriting and proofing skills, plus an eye for design
  • Proficient with Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, or similar creative tools
  • Data-savvy, detail-oriented, and excited to grow with the brand
  • Bonus: experience managing a team and mentoring others as the business scales
