We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Marketer to join a successful team in one of Ireland’s most progressive and fast growing legal firms. Reporting to the Head of Business Development this role will expose you to a variety of marketing and business development initiatives both in Ireland and internationally. It’s an exciting time to be joining a growing team with lots of interesting projects in play.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Understand the business activities of the practices/business and overall strategic objectives of the relevant products/partners/professionals & offices on a local, regional and global basis
- Work with the design team on the production of marketing materials and literature for the Irish office
- Support the delivery of client facing marketing communications for the Irish office via website, social channels and direct mailing
- Work with other members of the global BD team on client pitches as appropriate
- Supporting the delivery of competent research and analysis around the practice's key clients, targets, competitors and markets on a regular and ad hoc basis where appropriate
- Work with the Head of Business Development to prepare and manage the marketing budget
- Assist with the project management of client events throughout the European region
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ideally you should have at least 2 years experience in a professional services or related environment.
- A marketing or related degree is also a must for this role.
KEY SKILLS:
- A confident, mature professional with a robust personality.
- A team player capable of building good working relationships.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver on tight deadlines.
- An advanced Word user, proficient in Excel and PowerPoint presentations.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and basic financial analysis an advantage.
