Marketing and Social Media Manager

Lynott Jewellery is a fast-growing, female-founded Irish brand redefining how people shop jewellery. From permanent jewellery welding and bespoke engraving to influencer collaborations, Lynott has expanded to four Brown Thomas Arnotts concessions and a thriving e-commerce platform since launching in 2021.

They’re now looking for a senior marketing leader to own their brand, content, and campaigns — driving both awareness and growth.

The Role

This is a hands-on, senior role where you’ll:

  • Lead the marketing calendar & campaigns, from launches and collaborations to events and activations.
  • Own social media & content creation (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Meta)  planning, shooting, editing, and publishing engaging content.
  • Drive influencer partnerships and manage collaborations that deliver ROI.
  • Track performance and use insights to optimise growth across retail and e-commerce.

What We’re Looking For

  • 4+ years in marketing/social media, ideally in fashion, jewellery, or lifestyle brands.
  • A creative marketer with strong content creation skills (video, photography, copy, design).
  • Proven experience running campaigns, events, and influencer collaborations.
  • Commercially minded — balancing brand building with sales-driving activity.
  • Organised, proactive, and excited by a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
