We are working with a highly successful brand in the hospitality sector. A completely new role has recently been created and they are seeking an experienced Digital Marketer to join their team. You’ll be responsible for all social media and implementation of the marketing strategy for the group.
In broad terms these are the key skills they are seeking;
- Good understanding of social media, how to leverage and integrate it across the group and how to harness it to drive brand awareness, engagement, and purchase intent.
- Knowledge of social media platforms.
- Oversee the Social Media and Marketing calendar of activities.
- Develop, manage, and nurture blogger and influencer relationships.
- Familiarity with social media analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Hootsuite).
- Ability to switch between voices of various brand personalities, brand characters and consumer targets.
- Understanding of writing and generating content for various demographic audiences.
- Ability to generate and manipulate visuals.
- Good communication, management, decision-making, and relationship-building skills.
- Team player willing to absorb, enhance, and execute brand direction.
- Assist in the development of the digital strategy, SEO, PPC, Analytics, Website development.
- Works closely with Group Sales & Marketing Director to execute the various social media, on-line and off-line strategies across the Group.

Salary: 45K - 50K plus benefits
