Marketing and Communications Specialist


We are seeking a creative and Passionate Marketing and Communications Specialist to join one of the Big 4. This role will allow you to develop your career with an award-winning marketing team. Reporting to the Head of Business development and Marketing, you will manage internal and external events, develop internal communications, and support on digital activity. This is a 12 month maternity cover.

The Role

  • Design, implement and manage a range of communication and engagement strategies across the business.
  • Advise and support on the appropriate communication strategy.
  • Develop engaging content and company initiatives and programs across internal and external channels.
  • Deliver engaging and relevant content for the wider organisation, including material for large group meetings and events, digital channels and social media.
  • Work closely with the Managing Partner and Head of HR.

The Ideal Candidate

  • 3rd level degree in Marketing or relevant discipline.
  • 4+ years of Marketing Communications within Professional / Financial services is required.
  • Experience managing and running events.
  • Knowledge and experience of using social media.
  • Experience with MS office and photo editing software.
