About the Role:
They’re seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented CNC Machinist to take on a pivotal role in their production team. Your expertise will help us maintain the highest standards in manufacturing precision-crafted components for our clients.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Designing and optimising tooling using CAD software.
  • Operating advanced 5-axis CNC machines to produce components with impeccable accuracy.
  • Collaborating with sales and design teams to ensure efficiency and manufacturability.
  • Performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting to maintain machine performance.
  • Upholding stringent quality standards through meticulous inspections.
  • Keeping abreast of the latest machining technologies to recommend process improvements.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven CNC machining experience with proficiency in CNC milling and CAD design.
  • Hands-on expertise with 5-axis machines and familiarity with the furniture or cabinet-making industry.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt to production demands and occasional shift work.
