About the Role:
They’re seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented CNC Machinist to take on a pivotal role in their production team. Your expertise will help us maintain the highest standards in manufacturing precision-crafted components for our clients.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Designing and optimising tooling using CAD software.
- Operating advanced 5-axis CNC machines to produce components with impeccable accuracy.
- Collaborating with sales and design teams to ensure efficiency and manufacturability.
- Performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting to maintain machine performance.
- Upholding stringent quality standards through meticulous inspections.
- Keeping abreast of the latest machining technologies to recommend process improvements.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven CNC machining experience with proficiency in CNC milling and CAD design.
- Hands-on expertise with 5-axis machines and familiarity with the furniture or cabinet-making industry.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to production demands and occasional shift work.
