About the Role:
- Client Engagement: Respond to sales inquiries via phone and face-to-face interactions, providing bespoke, professional advice to high-net-worth individuals, ensuring each client receives tailored service and expert product recommendations.
- Deliver Exceptional Service: Demonstrate an unwavering commitment to delivering outstanding service, ensuring every transaction is seamless, and customer satisfaction is paramount.
- Sales Excellence: Drive sales performance by presenting a full range of luxury bathroom products, exceeding individual sales and margin targets, and contributing to team success.
- Upsell & Cross-sell: Identify opportunities to suggest suitable alternatives, upsell, and promote cross-brand sales, advocating for in-house luxury brands.
- Tailored Quotations: Create accurate, competitive quotes that align with the client's budget while adhering to company pricing policies, ensuring the luxury experience extends throughout the sales process.
- Ongoing Client Relationships: Maintain close communication with clients throughout the order and delivery process, ensuring timely updates and smooth execution.
- Showroom Excellence: Contribute to maintaining high showroom standards, ensuring a pristine and luxurious environment at all times.
- Compliance: Adhere to company policies and procedures to uphold a high standard of professionalism and operational excellence.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years in Sales role within the luxury bathroom retail sales environment, with a focus on complex sales processes and proactive client engagement.
- Experience within the construction or luxury sanitary ware sector is a plus, but not required.
