An exciting, newly created opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic CRM Manager to join a growing team! We’re working with a well-known Retail brand who are looking for a driven, forward- thinking and strategic person who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Ideally you should have 3+ years’ experience constructing and reporting on email campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Privilege Programme and develop a communication strategy of the programme in line with the Group CRM team.
  • Responsible for the creation and sending of digital consumer marketing communications through email newsletters.
  • Develop and implement the KV segmentation strategy through Privilege and work with the Senior Digital Marketing Manager to integrate this into the overall online communication strategy
  • Responsible for internal reporting on local campaign activities & analysis and ROI for email campaigns and partnerships.
  • Develop and maintain local CRM programs to grow the customer database through data capture at all possible points, working in conjunction with the local and central teams. (Private Sale & Dormant) 
  • Manage the scheduling, testing and deployment of all customer email campaigns and eNewsletter, ensuring all tracking codes are applied correctly to facilitate accurate performance monitoring. 
  • Develop a testing strategy to identify the optimal deployment times for emails and provide insights. 
  • On-going management and continued segmentation of email database to identify and target actives, lapsers and dormant with specific campaigns.

Experience:

  • 3+ years’ experience constructing and reporting on email campaigns.
  • Previous experience on implementing a successful rewards programme.
  • Ability to run A/B Testing and Multivariate Testing (MVT).
  • Ability to define new audience types.
  • Highly analytical with the ability to plan and put processes in place .
  • Excellent understanding of database concepts and segmentation.
  • Understanding of GDPR rules and regulations.
  • Strong communicator – able to share information at all levels.
  • Good written communication skills.
  • Able to multi-task in a fast-moving environment.
  • A passion for retail and fashion, keeping up to date with latest trends.
