About the role
As a consultant, you will be essential to our growing team, tasked with meeting and greeting clients, preparing design presentations, managing client expectations, generating accurate quotations, meeting targets, and guiding clients through the process from consultation to final design and fitting, ensuring exceptional service and surpassing expectations every step of the way.
About you
3+ years of design experience in the kitchen industry or similar business.
Skills and Specifications:
- Proven track record in the kitchen industry or similar business, demonstrating strong sales performance.
- Innovative design skills, with the ability to conceptualize and create unique solutions.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Effective time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Enthusiastic, self-confident, and self-motivated individual with a positive attitude.
- Team player with the capability to support and mentor junior staff members.
- Flexibility to adapt to customer demands and work schedules.
