About the role
Within their evolving Business Unit, they are actively recruiting a Key Account Manager for company Brands. This pivotal role, reporting directly to the Business Unit Manager, holds central importance. They aim to preserve their stellar service focus while fostering an innovative, entrepreneurial ethos within the Business team, capitalizing on opportunities in the dynamic Pharmacy Channel. This presents an exhilarating challenge for the ideal candidate.

About you
The Key Account Manager will oversee Pharmacy customer management, executing Account Strategies and Joint Business Plans. Upholding and surpassing their Principal's expectations while expanding their clientele constitute primary goals. Success hinges upon cultivating robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders, especially the Pharmacy Field Sales Team, recognizing that collaborative efforts are pivotal to achieving our collective objectives.

Key Personal Requirements.
The successful candidate will be a self-motivated individual who possesses the drive and capability to manage the Key Accounts and will play a key role in developing and maintaining the culture within the business overall. They will have a track record of delivering results with at least 3 years’ experience in a key account management position.

They will understand the Pharmacy channel and the challenges facing a distributor in the FMCG environment. They must be financially and commercially savvy, possess excellent interpersonal skills and be capable of building good working relationships with many different stakeholders often with very different goals and objectives. 
The successful candidate will have excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills and be comfortable managing change.

The person will be very comfortable with numbers and will be proficient in using Microsoft Windows and generally comfortable working with business intelligence software packages. They are likely to have a third level business qualification to degree level.
