My client, is a leading brand authority with an exceptional portfolio, seeking a Key Account Manager to champion profitability and growth. This role demands leadership in aligning strategic objectives with the company's vision and values.
The ideal candidate must showcase adept negotiation and presentation skills, backed by a solid sales track record and expertise in the Out of Home channel. With a strong customer-centric approach, they should maintain high productivity. A minimum of three years' experience managing key accounts at head office level is mandatory. Eligibility to drive in Ireland with a clean license is essential, as extensive travel to key account locations is anticipated.

Objectives:

  • Key account management.
  • Ensure all JBPs are developed and implemented to an excellent standard.
  • Maintain quarterly contact with all key accounts / groups to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of strategic channel plans as needed.
  • Set examples for sales teams in areas of personal character, commitment, organizational, selling skills and work habits.
  • Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics and ensure that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
  • Demonstrate ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees.
  • Provide support to the Head of Out of Home for other areas within the business as and when required.
