About the role
As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing all key customers, implementing Account Strategies & Joint Business Plans as well as, margin and investment targets for brands portfolio.
Key responsibilities & requirements:
The Key Account Manager will be responsible for driving sales, margin, and profitability across pharmacy and department store channels, managing customer relationships, aligning promotional and pricing strategies, securing product listings, and delivering exceptional execution aligned with marketing strategies. This role demands strong analytical, organizational, and negotiation skills, proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is a must, and the ability to foster a commercially driven and customer-focused culture while identifying growth opportunities and ensuring seamless operational delivery.
