Key Account Manager

Their commitment revolves around superior sales, exceptional service, and extensive distribution, making them a driving force in the industry.

As they continue their rapid growth, they are on the lookout for a highly motivated and talented Key Account Manager to join the expanding team.

As a Key Account Manager, you will be an integral part of a passionate team dedicated to building and nurturing exciting brands in the Irish market. Your role will involve managing global brands and collaborating with some of Ireland's largest retailers.

Role Summary:

  • Build robust relationships with new customers and brands to achieve outstanding sales results.
  • Demonstrate initiative in meeting and exceeding sales targets for both existing and new business.
  • Organize and manage promotion cycles, coordinating with the marketing team for in-store and in-market events and campaigns.
  • Prepare and present compelling business proposals, providing quotes, and engaging in contract negotiations to secure sales.
  • Collaborate closely with the supply chain team, ensuring effective communication of key events and accurate forecasting for maintaining high service levels.
  • Manage existing brands and customers through effective account management and relationship building.
  • Report on baseline metrics to showcase lead generation from each channel.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and business development executive to plan, manage, and coordinate promotional campaigns.

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role within the FMCG sector.
  • Ability to sell a brand, focusing on value rather than just price.
  • Self-driven and goal-oriented, with excellent sales pipeline management skills.
  • Personality aligned with our team values of engagement, passion, ambition, and support.
  • Effective budget management skills critical for brand success in the market
