Key Account Manager

An exciting career opportunity has arisen in our client Sales team for a Key Account Manager. This key account role is accountable for the growth strategy within their categories’.  

You will be dealing with a wide range of clients where excellent time management and self-motivation is a must.

This role works within an exciting team, and in a channel where there is room for growth and there are plenty of opportunities available

Role Overview:

  • Working with the customer to expand ranging and distribution across the categories.
  • Provide daily, weekly, and monthly data to the customer as required.
  • Work closely with our field sales team to drive the execution of programs.
  • Ensure the execution of the categories of business programs is in line with the overall company strategy.
  • Work with the Distribution team to identify key performing resellers in the market and build key prospect list.
  • Detail key business opportunities status and identify stock needed to support rollout.
  • Develop client and industry relationships.
  • Provide excellence in customer service and professionally handling client interactions.

The ideal candidate:

  • 3 years’ of Sales Experience within FMCG.
  • Foodservice client management experience.
  • Proven experience in developing branded propositions in FMCG.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen coupled with exceptional communication skills.
  • Goal driven, with a desire to deliver extraordinary results every time.
  • Ability to build winning internal and external relationships.
  • Ability to plan multiple priorities and manage differing customer needs.
